What Is a Tara Empowerment?
In Tibetan Buddhism, an empowerment open the door to a sacred path.
A Tārā empowerment brings us into relationship with Tārā — the awakened energy of compassion, protection, wisdom, and swift loving action.
It plants a seed in the mind and heart. It gives us a way to practice, receive blessing, and begin to embody those qualities in ourselves.
