Art of Addiction: A Different Perspective on Addiction 2024 November 7

This acts as a roadmap into the practice of addiction. It was written to reclaim a path long forgotten, one where darkness, chaos, and volition are restored and reintegrated.  In reading the sutras, a certain unfurling of the psyche and the body take place.  It gives us both permission and a container to let addiction do its work.

Seen through this lens, addiction is merely the accelerated path for spiritual adventurers who want to know the whole of life and not just the upper echelons. Those who want to learn in practice and experience, from the inside out. To be stripped of the pride that would separate, and the superiority that would be able to judge. To get their hands dirty and feet wet in the mud of the soul.

This course is deliberately woven together to guide the reader deeper into whatever phase of addiction they may be in. Maybe you are in the using phase and need a reminder of the beauty located there. Maybe you are in the recovery stage and looking for how to re-harness the impulse into purpose. Wherever you are, the goal of this course is to pull you deeper inside your experience and, if you are like me, you are looking to go deep into life.
