About OM3-02: OM-Based Communication

Welcome to the OM-Based Communication course, where we apply Orgasmic Meditation principles to how we speak, listen, and connect. Communication is a dynamic and intimate skill that allows us to reveal more of ourselves and create connection. Like OM, where each stroke becomes a moment of attention and sensitivity, every conversation becomes an opportunity to create something meaningful between two people.

Across three modules, you will learn how to use communication to create intimacy and reveal more truth in conversations, as well as learn to communicate in a way that people can hear you. In Module One, you will learn how to tune in to the subtleties and nonverbal cues of the person you are communicating with. Next, Module Two teaches you to be aware of what is not being said and include it in the conversation. Deliberately including what is not being said in the conversation, like addressing “the elephant in the room’ prevents a build-up of trapped sensation that gets in the way of really connecting. Then, in the final module, you will learn to be more aware of your impact on others and how to calibrate your communication so they can hear and receive what you are saying.

By the end of this course, you will be able to communicate more honestly and transform every conversation into a practice of connection. You will have learned  to move and interact with greater care and attention, just like in your OM practice.

Reserve your place now and discover the impact of treating communication as an intimate practice.

New Concepts

Videos

Every module includes videos to give you another perspective on the learnings and see someone’s unique perspective on the subject matter.

Integration Exercises

Integration exercises help you bring the lessons into your own life and make them yours. The exercises take things out of the conceptual realm and more directly into your body and your life.

Eros Sutras and Other Readings

Each lesson has a reading from The Eros Sutras or other writings. The readings are the anchor in the course, both elegant and educational.

Ways to Engage

Question What You Learn

Try things out; test them. Don't take our word for it—research it for yourself to discover the validity. The wrestle itself is how you really get inside the material.

Keep a Journal

The things that stand out for you are a guidance of their own. We encourage you to take notes throughout your entire experience. Write down your questions, your observations, passages that catch your eye, realizations, and arguments. In working with Erotic material, your intuition will come alive and begin speaking to you. Taking notes and capturing what stands out for you is how you create a map for yourself of what your soul wants you to know, and of what you are remembering.

Try the Meditations & Exercises

These are designed to offer you a direct experience of the content, which might otherwise feel abstract. That being said, if a meditation or an exercise doesn't make sense to you, you can skip it until later, or try it and modify it. You can always approach the course at your own pace in your own way, and you do not have to be an expert or have any experience of meditation to get value from it.
