About OM3-03: Eight Stages

Welcome to ‘The Eight Stages,’ a course on how ‘Orgasm’ is much more than just ‘Climax.’ There are eight distinct stages: ‘Climax,’ ‘Resolution,’ ‘Restoration,’ ‘Turn On,’ ‘The Peak,’ ‘Expression,’ ‘Play,’ and ‘Stillness.’ In this course, you will learn that you can be at various stages at various times in OM and in your life. You may be in ‘Turn On’ in your career with a new promotion and, at the same time, just coming out of a relationship and in ‘Restoration.’ Through a series of modules, you will explore the stages in detail and learn how they are a map for engaging with every aspect of your life.

Module One introduces the stages; you will learn a map of Orgasm that helps you navigate your mind, body, and life. Each stage has sensations and qualities that influence how you are feeling and what you are doing; for instance, a creative project might look completely different if you are in the restoration stage, where you are reflecting on things, versus the expression stage, where you are creating with all the power you have cultivated in previous stages. In Module Two, you will learn the stages of ‘Climax,’ ‘Resolution,’ ‘Restoration,’ and ‘Turn On.’ Here, you will learn how to become more intimate with vulnerability and to connect with and follow your desire. Then, in Module Three, you will learn ‘The Peak,’ ‘Expression,’ ‘Play,’ and ‘Stillness’ stages. These stages will show you how to be ready for a life transition; maybe it's a career change, an internal shift you’ve wanted to make, or a letting go of something. You will learn to create and express what's inside you, be dynamic in situations where you have previously felt stuck, and learn to see more clearly what you want.

Each stage provides a unique perspective, helping you see yourself more clearly, understand what your body wants, and listen to and develop a relationship with it. By learning about these stages, you're not just diving into your practice of Orgasmic Meditation—you’re developing the capacity to navigate the situations, behaviors, and experiences that shape your life.

Keep a Journal
