Art of Addiction: A Different Perspective on Addiction 2024 November 7

The body is the vessel for Eros. Eros is the fuel needed for movement whether it be to feel radiant and open, to express and connect, or have intimacy and access to our sexuality.

If there is congestion in the movement flow, there are Digestion practices to reopen the flow of Eros.

We will discuss ways to open and move Eros, that can help us fully embrace and internalize experiences, transform them within ourselves, and then express them back out into the world in a new form.
