The Ality Check

A convo on culture, informed by our spirituality, mentality, sexuality and the reality we bring

The Ality Check

Each week, we gather for a live, unscripted conversation where culture meets consciousness. In a world spinning with opinions, hot takes, and surface-level commentary, The Ality Check invites something different: real-time reflection rooted in who we are.

We look at what’s happening out there—news, trends, narratives—and ask what’s actually going on in here. What parts of ourselves are activated, reactive, illuminated? How do we metabolize the moment through the deeper qualities that shape us?

No performance. No preaching. Just a shared field of inquiry where all ‘alities’ are welcome. You don’t need to know the right thing—just bring your real thing.
