Introduction to Eros

“Recognizing that power put me in the driver’s seat of my own life.”
— Aneka

About the Course

Eros is the intelligence that moves us toward a full expression of life.

Join us for a free live Introduction to Eros and discover what Eros is, how it moves through your life, and how you can begin to have more of it.

This is where it starts. Come find out what Eros is, where it is already alive in your life, and what becomes possible once you can recognize it and work with it on purpose.

This three-hour live course is guided by two senior faculty members. You’ll explore the material through teaching, conversation, and time for your questions, and begin seeing where Eros is already present in your own life. It is a first taste, and it opens a door — everything else on the Eros Platform follows from here. Wherever you decide to go next, this is where you set your compass.

You do not need a partner. You do not need any prior experience with Eros or the Eros Platform. And Orgasmic Meditation is not practiced or taught in this Introduction. Come curious. Bring your questions. We’ll show you where to look.

About Eros

Eros is what animates life.

We feel it in attraction. In desire. In creativity. In the pull toward another person. In the moments when something in us wakes up and wants to move.

It moves through sexuality, but it is much bigger than sex.

Sex is one room. Eros is the whole house.

This live Introduction gives you the language and the first real tools for recognizing Eros and working with it in your own life.

“I was developing an interior compass that was directed by what I was feeling.”

— Joanna

About the Instructors

Alisha Price
There are few you’d rather have by your side while sitting in the fire of Erotic practice than Alisha Price. A seasoned 18-year erotic practitioner, Alisha is best described by her friends as “ride or die.” She embodies a unique blend of humor, wit, and no-nonsense Italian American authenticity, all in service to the liberation of others. In 2006, while living in an ashram in India, Alisha realized that something was missing: her sexuality. Determined to leave no part of herself behind, she sought out OneTaste, where she trained as an erotic practitioner, teacher, and guide. Known for her incisive insight and generous, wide field of permission, Alisha empowers her students to be fully and completely themselves.
Eli Block
Eli Block has been practicing Orgasmic Meditation for 17 years and teaching it for most of that time. He grew up with parents deeply involved in the San Francisco Zen Center and has been meditating since early childhood. As lead instructor of the men’s program at The Eros Platform, he’s spent years figuring out how to make Eros and OM land for the widest possible range of people, operating on the belief that what’s possible for one is possible for all. He’s also appeared on numerous podcasts, served as a director at OneTaste in Boulder, San Francisco, New York, and Los Angeles, and outside of OM he’s a writer, music lover, former Apple Genius, and a guy who was genuinely not bad at lacrosse.
