About OM2-06: OM-Based Relationship

Welcome to the OM-Based Relationship course, where you will learn the subtle yet powerful ways Orgasmic Meditation reshapes how we connect. This can include noticing the smallest moments of tension and the invitations to lean in or pull back in connection. Relationships become more than just a part of life—they are the path itself, where each interaction holds the potential to reveal something deeper. In ‘OM-based relationship,’ you will unravel old stories that prevent you from sharing yourself and opening up to another person. Through the modules of this course, you will learn how to let go of old behaviors, live with more expression, and discover more about yourself.

In Module One, you will learn how Orgasmic Meditation begins to inform and shape our relationships, exploring perspectives like how we think about someone having the power to affect them or that something can be affected by whether we ignore it or pay attention to it. Next, in Module Two, ‘Mutuality,’ you will look at how to co-create your relationships by letting go of being right or withholding love to feel in control. Finally, in Module Three, you will learn how to feel so solid in yourself that you can allow for deeper aspects of yourself to open and arise in connection with someone else. For instance, you might find yourself staying open in a conversation instead of closing when someone challenges you so you can learn something new about yourself.

Through relationships, we come to know and open different parts of ourselves to connect with the other person. Orgasmic Meditation is an elegant practice that helps us tune into all the subtle cues in relationships that show us where, when, and how to create more connections and opportunities to grow.

Ways to Engage

Question What You Learn

Try things out; test them. Don't take our word for it—research it for yourself to discover the validity. The wrestle itself is how you really get inside the material.

Keep a Journal

The things that stand out for you are a guidance of their own. We encourage you to take notes throughout your entire experience. Write down your questions, your observations, passages that catch your eye, realizations, and arguments. In working with Erotic material, your intuition will come alive and begin speaking to you. Taking notes and capturing what stands out for you is how you create a map for yourself of what your soul wants you to know, and of what you are remembering.

Try the Meditations & Exercises

These are designed to offer you a direct experience of the content, which might otherwise feel abstract. That being said, if a meditation or an exercise doesn't make sense to you, you can skip it until later, or try it and modify it. You can always approach the course at your own pace in your own way, and you do not have to be an expert or have any experience of meditation to get value from it.
