About OM2-04: OM and Desire

Welcome to the OM and Desire Course, where you will explore the active, sentient force we call Desire. More than just something you might want or need, desire is a powerful compass that drives us to step out of our comfort zone and explore deeper. This course invites you to consider how Desire shapes our lives, from the ache for something more than just TV every evening together to the joy that comes when a birthday wish is fulfilled and the excitement that drives our ambitions to forge our own path with a business of our own. It’s about stepping outside what’s familiar, expanding who you are, and, by doing so, inviting a richer experience into your life.

In Module 1, ‘Desire is Your Compass,’ you will connect with your Desire, letting go of preconceptions of what it is and deliberately exploring it more in your practice and life. Next, in the ‘Art of Surrender,’ you will learn how to use Desire as fuel for letting go of the control that may be preventing you from having what you want. Module 3 teaches you how to stay connected to your Desire through your Orgasmic Meditation practice. Finally, ‘Fill Up and Empty Out’ highlights how you take that new baseline of fullness in your life and naturally share that with others.

Each part of this course builds on the last, providing the support and resources you need to engage deeply with Desire. You will be able to step out of your comfort zone, experience more, and live a more fulfilled life.

Every module includes videos to give you another perspective on the learnings and see someone’s unique perspective on the subject matter.

Ways to Engage

Question What You Learn

Try things out; test them. Don't take our word for it—research it for yourself to discover the validity. The wrestle itself is how you really get inside the material.

Keep a Journal

The things that stand out for you are a guidance of their own. We encourage you to take notes throughout your entire experience. Write down your questions, your observations, passages that catch your eye, realizations, and arguments. In working with Erotic material, your intuition will come alive and begin speaking to you. Taking notes and capturing what stands out for you is how you create a map for yourself of what your soul wants you to know, and of what you are remembering.

Try the Meditations & Exercises

These are designed to offer you a direct experience of the content, which might otherwise feel abstract. That being said, if a meditation or an exercise doesn't make sense to you, you can skip it until later, or try it and modify it. You can always approach the course at your own pace in your own way, and you do not have to be an expert or have any experience of meditation to get value from it.
