About OM2-02: The Strokee 2/3

Welcome to The Strokee 2/3 Course. This course is all about the role of the strokee. In this course, you will learn to reconnect to your body, remembering that it is the source of your power. Through these modules, you will learn to cultivate more of your ability to express yourself, be with whatever life puts in front of you, and receive more to live a vivid and energized life.

In Module One, you will learn how to get in touch with your appetite for life. Your tastes may change, as well as your style of clothing, what you want to eat, and what smells good to you. This is because you will have more dynamism through your OM practice. Next, you will learn about reception, the ability to be with rising sensation. Your body will soften and relax, and the tension felt for anything happening in your life will reduce. Finally, in Module Three, you will understand the primary distractions of ‘sweetness,’ ‘brokenness,’ and ‘protest,’ which are habits you can fall back into that place power outside your body. Examples include being overly sweet with an OM partner, believing yourself incapable, or complaining. 

OM serves as a powerful example of what is possible in life. As a woman, when you embrace the intelligence of your body and step into your knowing, capability, and power, you enhance not only your own experience but also that of your stroker. This course aims to help you engage with the world in a more powered and resilient way.
