Her work centers on the transformative power that unfolds when women shift from seeking external validation to embodying their inner value. She is currently writing a book that shares her journey on this path, guided by the wisdom of the Eros Sutras. Through her writing and teaching, Sofia seeks to inspire women to embrace their authentic selves.

She currently serves as the Prison Monastery Volunteer Program Manager, dedicating herself to a mission of reaching 700,000 Art of Soulmaking practitioners this year. Rachel’s goal is to bring a sense of unity and purpose to both for-profit and non-profit organizations.
