About the Instructors

Rachel Regan
Rachel Regan has worked as a Business Consultant for many years, with a passion for infusing connection into all business arenas. An eight-year practitioner of Orgasmic Meditation, she has experienced firsthand the power of this practice. She currently serves as the Prison Monastery Volunteer Program Manager, dedicating herself to a mission of reaching 700,000 Art of Soulmaking practitioners this year. Rachel’s goal is to bring a sense of unity and purpose to both for-profit and non-profit organizations.
Nancy Coleman
Nancy Coleman joined the Unconditional Freedom Project’s Prison Monastery team in 2021. As Project Manager for the Art of Soulmaking correspondence program — a Monastery in a Workbook — she oversees the exchange between incarcerated participants and volunteers, ensuring each connection is rooted in growth, reflection, and shared humanity. Her first mission was inviting individuals on Death Row to join the Art of Soulmaking, laying the foundation for the expansion of the program nationwide. Nancy also leads Free the Artist, a creative platform where participants submit art and poetry for publication and inclusion in the upcoming online gallery.
