About EA1-03: Desire 1/1

Welcome to the “Desire” course. Desire is one of the most powerful forces on the Erotic path, guiding us toward connection, love, and purpose. In Eros, we see desire as a sentient force—a compass that leads us to what we truly want. When we align with desire, we feel open, free, and present, able to flow with life and experience deep joy and creativity.

In Module One, you will learn how desire is the force that drives us forward in life, that gets us up in the morning even when we don’t want to, and how much of life we miss out on when we suppress it. In Module Two, you’ll develop desire as a practice, using it as your “True North” to awaken your inner knowing. With Module Three, Hindrances, you will look at all the ways we try to control our desire or make compensations when our desire feels too big or difficult. Maybe you have a desire to show your art at a gallery exhibit, but you feel unworthy of having a show of your own so you settle for putting it on an Instagram account. Maybe you have a desire for a pay rise at work and you know the exact number, but you ask for less so as not to appear too demanding or difficult. Finally, in Module Four, you will learn how to have more of what you desire in your life and how to confront limitations or glass ceilings you have around receiving what you desire.

By the end of this course, you’ll understand desire not just as a fleeting urge but as a transformative energy, guiding you toward a life of creativity and fulfillment.

Videos

Every module includes videos to give you another perspective on the learnings and see someone’s unique perspective on the subject matter.

Integration Exercises

Integration exercises help you bring the lessons into your own life and make them yours. The exercises take things out of the conceptual realm and more directly into your body and your life.

Ways to Engage

Question What You Learn

Try things out; test them. Don't take our word for it—research it for yourself to discover the validity. The wrestle itself is how you really get inside the material.

Keep a Journal

The things that stand out for you are a guidance of their own. We encourage you to take notes throughout your entire experience. Write down your questions, your observations, passages that catch your eye, realizations, and arguments. In working with Erotic material, your intuition will come alive and begin speaking to you. Taking notes and capturing what stands out for you is how you create a map for yourself of what your soul wants you to know, and of what you are remembering.

Try the Meditations & Exercises

These are designed to offer you a direct experience of the content, which might otherwise feel abstract. That being said, if a meditation or an exercise doesn't make sense to you, you can skip it until later, or try it and modify it. You can always approach the course at your own pace in your own way, and you do not have to be an expert or have any experience of meditation to get value from it.
